The Creatrix.
Summon the Creatrix and crown her for the Queen she is.
Your creative life force embodied is the Creatrix and she is nothing less than big magic. Our sexuality is an energetic awakening of the life force within us, and the Creatrix is the sexual energy of LIFE pulsing between you and the universe birthing magic.
When on fire, fed, and fueled, the Creatrix is making love and having sweet babies of the divine through all forms of creative expression. She’s experiencing pure ecstasy through the love affair and unionship she has tended with the universal life force that is flooding through her. She is being taken by it and taking lead in equal strides.
Summoning the Creatrix is surrendering to life with divine trust and letting it inspire you and invoke passion in every ounce of your being that you can’t bear to withhold.
She is a conduit of life, unattached to direction, open with trust. The Creatrix is the one who weaves dreams that are connected with your high heart, your soul’s purpose, and with the collectives calling. The Creatrix is the one pulling your heartstrings, orchestrating from a place of your highest good and greatest potential to live a fulfilling life.
The Creatrix is the one who channels your soul’s work. She taps you into your dharma. She channels your gifts, helping you manifest your souls offering to the world. She’s complex and can be challenging to understand because she does not work in a fashion that can be pinned down. She requires surrender and trust, and in our attempt to understand her ways, we often miss out on her magic because we are clinging to a vision that is suffocating her.
The Creatrix comes alive when we allow our true nature and our true innocence to be. She awakens when we can let go of should haves, could haves, and logic and take the first step into uncharted territory, following our intuitive longings. This is when she comes alive. This is her medicine. She is the one that makes life worth living.
The Creatrix’s magic is our essence in its most healed and vibrant state, making love with life.
Sometimes we continually push to create the life of our dreams without realizing we already are creating it and it just isn’t what we imagined it would look like, or we are so distracted by the end game we miss the whole experience.
Flowers have been said to be the first thing that people ever revered that had no “use”. It was simply the consciousness that was awakened in being enamored by their beauty. This is the Creatrix.
The peak of a flower blooming, or a wave cresting before it crashes is a split second. The Creatrix teaches us to find presence in the unfolding and to not miss it in search of a single moment thinking that moment is will be solidified and last forever. She shows us the beauty of creation and she teaches us that creation and death don’t exist on their own and we never step out of that wheel.
This search for perfection can happen on our healing journey, in relationships, careers, dreams, anything and everything, and that search can short us of all of it. The things we long for are never stagnant. Everything is in motion, everything is evolving and changing, and if we cling to a certain form of manifestation we miss the entirety of it.
The Creatrix is twofold embodying great polarity. Yes, she creates big soul magic and channels great collective medicine that she manifests in this world and in your life. She also masters the ability to move through you with no strings attached other than to experience life in joy.
The Creatrix has no rhyme or reason for what she creates, and at the same time, she does.
She is a conduit of the divine’s wishes to take shape, she’s a conduit of the cosmos and the earth, she’s a conduit of universal wisdom and collective consciousness. She conduits life’s longing for us to wake up and enjoy right now for the immense beauty all around us. And she expects us to play our part in sharing our gifts and our medicine that we have to offer the world.
The Creatrix is a demanding lover and she’s worth every ounce of worship. The type of energy she carries will not conform to societal structures. It cannot be tamed. It cannot be bridled. It’s wild or it’s withered and tending this balance is an art. She needs a container. She needs to be completely free to move as she will, but she can’t do this without a really strong container. This is our life’s journey to learn to hold this space for her.
Treat her like a lover. Worship her, and determine your priorities and values that must be woven into your relationship. It is a relationship. Just like a lover. You’ll grow together, learn together, have conflict, and find resolutions. You’ll have heartache and bliss. It is a lifelong dance with life. Navigating the dance between being carefree and choosing commitment. It’s navigating the dance between play and discipline, and passion and responsibility.
The Creatrix is suffocated by a rigid structure, perfectionism, fear, doubt, obligations, and the need to “equate” to something. She is a force that when restrained will wither.
Without grounding or direction, she is chaos and her beauty can not be woven into anything tangible, but with too much, she loses access to her life force. We tend to suffocate her, or we lose ourselves in her. This is what’s to be tended.
The Creatrix is a delicate but powerful channel to create anything and everything, AND she’s play. She will not be used for you to “create” but if you trust her to create magic all around you and let her do it her way, she will. If you try and use her for your own profits, she will cut you off. If you love and adore her and allow her to lead, she will take you places you couldn’t have dreamed. Life can not be bred of force. Life is bred of trust.
The Creatrix is of her own will and she wants to be held, tended, and love. She wants to be in charge, and she wants to be taken care of. Just like lovers, it’s a dance.
Creative energy doesn’t have to become something. It doesn’t have to have “purpose” beyond play, pleasure, and joy. It’s okay to simply be energy moving through you. As song, art, poetry, or surrounding yourself in beautiful colors or in nature.
Think of planting seeds. Some never sprout, then you weed through the ones that do, allowing the strongest ones the space and focused attention they need to thrive. If you let her throw passionate seeds free of restraint and have the ability to reign her in when focus and weeding are needed, magic will happen.
Creation in its many forms is the Kundalini energy of the universe. It moves through all of us. If you open your heart, connect with your body, and use your sensual energy to awaken ALL the energy centers within you, you’ll awaken to the sensual energy of life all around you and things are then able to flow from the divine down, and from the earth up.
If you can trust the Creatrix, if you can trust her ebb and flow, if you can surrender to her current, she will show you magic, ecstasy, and bliss.
Our creativity is an overflow of chi. It’s orgasmic in the sense of joy and happiness. It feeds our brains, our souls, and our bodies. It also comes in waves. It's not a constant, it ebbs and flows like the seasons. If we don't care for ourselves, our creative fire will burn out.
Our creative force is precious. The more we tap into our feminine nature, and learn how to tend it, how to care for it, feed it, and nurture it, the better we can tend this flame.
Putting ourselves second, or last will lead to burnout, and this is the death of the Creatrix. Self-care is key. Our sexual energy and creative energy are byproducts of caring for ourselves - physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. Creative energy and sexual energy feed our souls in a way that makes life magnificent. But they are byproducts of tending ourselves well and honoring ourselves wholly. Remember this. Put yourself first. Prioritize you. Honor your true needs, wants desires, and limits. This is your life and it’s up to you to choose.
Imagine you are looking at the Creatrix within you, right in the eyes. Ask her, “Where am I suffocating you, and where are you craving a container?”
I invite you to consider your relationship between creative expression and productivity. Imagination and discipline. Logic and dreams. Track your shadows, track the imbalances, and track what works.
Listen and trust. Take care of her. She will make your life more worth living than you could very imagine.
Big love,
Abby
