How to Hold Empowering and Vulnerable Women’s Circles

We need one another. We need to witness, and we need to be seen. The more we witness one another, and the more we are genuinely seen, the more we soften deeper into humanity, kindness, and compassion — for ourselves and others. By circling together we grasp a greater understanding of the complexity of being human, we realize we aren’t that different, and this in itself grants us a greater ability to cope, to learn, and live our lives as empowered beings who have been gifted Life.

Dancing With The Ancestors: A weekend deep-dive with Sara Mains & Abby McHale

Join Abby and Sara for a weekend steeped in ritual and movement. We will open our hearts, steep in ceremony and magic, take in the sweet medicine of Cacao and marigolds, and drop deep into our bones, invoking the remembrance of our roots. We will move our bodies, and spirits, dancing the 5Rhtyhms® rippling rich medicine backward, forward, and everywhere in between.
