Virtual Women’s Circles coming soon —
Abby has held in-person women’s circles for years and has been feeling the pull to start holding consistent virtual space.
She doesn’t have a solid time frame, but imagines she will start offering virtual circles in the near future that will be somatic group therapy-esque, rooted in shares like her circles typically have been. She invites you to hop on the waitlist if you're interested so she can start inquiring those interested for timeframes that work allowing you to share your voice.
She envisions bi-weekly circles, with a 3-month minimum cap to join, and imagines that they will be 2 hours for a group of 5 or 6, at roughly $70-$100/month.
She is sensing that these are going to be a sacred space for an internal reset, for burnout, stress, and overwhelm, and for highly sensitive women and empaths that have so much emotion, feelings, and thoughts that follow them everywhere, that unless they have a healthy and safe space to process and move that energy it enables them from presence, and pleasure moment by moment suffocating the potential of their lives.
