💛💛💛

Abby loves working with the belly, pelvis, and womb, and she loves to offer full body-full being treatments as well— her love is nourishing the heart, the nervous system, and one’s vast entirety.

If you are seeking injury rehabilitation, or deep structurally focused treatments, this has never been her greatest gift though that’s not to say she doesn’t incorporate deep-tissue work, or things like trigger point therapy, or that she doesn’t work with chronic pain, it’s just that her love, is working with clients who are seeking presence beyond that.

Abby has been a massage therapist since 2011 and started focusing on working with women and offering abdominal massage in 2015. In the first five years of practicing, she largely worked with women processing sexual trauma in their bodies and with women suffering from various gynecological and hormonal disorders — things like PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts, and chronic pelvic pain. For the past five years, she has worked at a Mama’s clinic, largely working with women through conscious pre-conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

Being with women as they dance with their unique relationship with their womb, with themselves as women, with their bodies, hearts, and life is an honor.

I love holding space for it all. I love holding space for you to bear your soul, and for you to rest in silence. I love holding space for you to let go, release, and receive. I love holding space for you to alchemize the wildness of life, and I love holding space for the uncontainable, and unconfinable experience of woman. ~ Abby
